株式会社マチサポ（以下「当社」）は、お客さまの個人情報と、当社が運用するツールで扱う情報を、以下の方針で取り扱います。
1. お問い合わせで取得する情報
当サイトのお問い合わせフォームでいただいたお名前・メールアドレス・ご相談内容は、ご返信とご相談への対応にのみ使います。法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。フォームの送信には外部サービス（Web3Forms）を利用しています。
2. YouTube API サービスの利用
当社は、当社が所有・運営するYouTubeチャンネル（「ジュンの四国チャンネル」「のつくん・絶対に釣らせる男」）を管理するため、YouTube API サービスを利用した社内ツール「Machisapo Channel Manager」を運用しています。
- 本ツールは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。利用にあたっては YouTube 利用規約 が適用されます。
- Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）が適用されます。
- 本ツールを使うのは当社の社員だけで、対象は当社が所有するチャンネルに限ります。一般には提供していません。
- チャンネル所有者の OAuth 同意のもと、当社チャンネルの動画情報（題名・概要欄・サムネイル・字幕・再生リスト・コメント）にアクセスし、当社の動画のアップロードと更新を行います。
- YouTube の視聴者や他のクリエイターの個人情報を収集・保存・共有することはありません。
- OAuth トークンは当社のコンピュータにのみ保存し、第三者には提供しません。API から得たデータは、動画の管理に必要な期間だけ保持します。
- アクセスの許可は、Google のセキュリティ設定（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions）からいつでも取り消せます。

Machisapo Co., Ltd. ("we") handles personal information and information processed by our tools as follows.
1. Information from our contact form
Your name, email address and message sent through the contact form on this site are used only to reply to you and respond to your inquiry. We do not provide them to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. The form is processed by an external service (Web3Forms).
2. Use of YouTube API Services
We operate an internal tool, "Machisapo Channel Manager", that uses YouTube API Services to manage the YouTube channels we own and operate ("ジュンの四国チャンネル" and "のつくん・絶対に釣らせる男").
- Our tool uses YouTube API Services. Use of the tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- The Google Privacy Policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Only our own staff use the tool, and only for YouTube channels owned by our company. The tool is not offered to the public.
- With the channel owner's OAuth consent, the tool accesses our own channels' video information (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, playlists and comments) in order to upload and update our own videos.
- We do not collect, store or share personal information of YouTube viewers or other creators.
- OAuth tokens are stored only on our company's computers and are never shared with third parties. Data obtained from the API is kept only as long as needed to manage our videos.
- Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
